Yields need to be treated with caution as they vary significantly between regions and on whether vegetables are produced in field or undercover.- Because of the lack of detailed data on production, information on yields was limited to five vegetables in 2009/10.
- Yields were lower for potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and onions.
